Zusammenfassung:An Fe-based metal-organic framework (Fe-MOF) nanozyme with MIL-88B(Fe) structure was facilely prepared by an ultrasonic method. Its oxidase-like activity could be specifically inhibited by methidathion, which conformed to a reversible uncompetitive inhibition mechanism. Furthermore, a specific and enzyme-free colorimetric assay of methidathion was established using Fe-MOF as the ideal recognition element.
