Zusammenfassung:Purpose The purpose of this study was to analyse Gillies Temporal approach Vs Towel Clip method for reduction of zygoma fractures. Method A randomised comparative study was conducted on 30 patients having zygoma fractures confirmed with pre-operative NCCT face with 3 D reconstruction.
