Case 30-2024: A 45-Year-Old Woman with Kidney Lesions and Lytic Bone Disease

A 45-year-old woman was evaluated in the rheumatology clinic because of possible IgG4-related disease. She had polyclonal hypergammaglobulinemia, as well as kidney and bone lesions. A diagnosis was made.
