Zusammenfassung: | Lymphoepithelioma-like intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (LEL-ICC) is a rare liver tumor that appears as a hepatic nodule on imaging with a specific pathological pattern, and the definitive diagnosis relies on its pathological histomorphology, immunophenotype, and Epstein-Barr encoding region test. Radical surgical resection is the primary treatment modality, and immunotherapy is expected to be a new adjuvant treatment option. LEL-ICC with massive multinucleated giant cell infiltration has not been reported so far. In this article, we report a patient with LEL-ICC showing massive multinucleated giant cell infiltration, review the relevant literature, and analyze its clinicopathological features and prognosis to accumulate experience for the accurate diagnosis of LEL-ICC. |
