Zusammenfassung: | Sr2Ce2Ti5O16 ceramic-filled PTFE composites were prepared by powder processing. The structure and microstructure of the composites were investigated by XRD and SEM. The effect of Sr2Ce2Ti5O16 ceramic content (0-0.6 volume fraction) on the dielectric properties of the composites was studied at 1 MHz and 7 GHz. The dielectric constant and dielectric loss increased with the increase of Sr2Ce2Ti5O16 content. The measured dielectric constant was compared with the effective dielectric constant calculated by Lichtenecker, Maxwell-Garnet, Jayasundere, Poon-Shin formulae and Effective Medium Theory. The observed dielectric constants agreed quite well with that calculated using Effective Medium Theory. 24 refs. |
