Zusammenfassung:A female patient in her early 60s was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma of right buccal mucosa. Interestingly, the patient also presented with post-burn contractures of face, neck and chest which posed significant anaesthetic and surgical challenges, thus making this case report unique.
