Zusammenfassung:This study examines a case of lateral canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) where the sequence of diagnostic positional maneuvers may have influenced the release of some canaliths into the utricle. Partial treatment during BPPV diagnostic maneuvers may complicate side identification during supine roll test, especially in canalolithiasis cases.
