Zusammenfassung:We present the case of a 71-year-old woman with rheumatic valvular disease who underwent mitro-aortic mechanical valve replacement and tricuspid annuloplasty in 2011. She required a dual-chamber pacemaker in 2012 and developed severe tricuspid regurgitation (TR), leading to percutaneous annuloplasty with Cardioband® system in 2021.
