Zusammenfassung:Summary The Kids ITP Tools (KIT) is a health‐related quality of life (HRQoL) questionnaire that evaluates quality of life in children with immune thrombocytopenia (ITP). There are three formats: Child Self‐Report, Parent Proxy‐Report and Parent Impact‐Report. This study aimed to develop a domain structure by grouping‐related questions from the questionnaire into domains that independently reflect various aspects of HRQoL. The study was conducted in two phases. Phase 1 involved an online survey distributed to experts to identify conceptual domains for the KIT. Phase 2 utilized a statistical approach to analyse responses from patients with ITP and their families. A revised KIT 2.0 was ultimately developed to aid in treatment decision‐making and monitoring of ITP.
