Zusammenfassung:	We describe the safe and effective percutaneous pulmonary thrombectomy in an 18‐year‐old female with a Fontan circulation using the FlowTriever® device (Inari Medical®, Irvine, US). Aspiration thrombectomy of both pulmonary arteries was performed using 24 and 16 F FlowTriever® catheters retrieving large amounts of thrombus material resulting in near total angiographic recanalization.
