Proteins from the Aerial Part of Delphinium leptocarpum and Their Biological Activity

The quantitative protein content of Delphinium leptocarpum was 17.2%. Proteins, the amino-acid compositions of which featured high contents of leucine, cysteine, and aspartic and glutamic acids, were detected in the aqueous layer after extracting alkaloids from it. The anxiolytic and hypoglycemic ac...

Zusammenfassung:The quantitative protein content of Delphinium leptocarpum was 17.2%. Proteins, the amino-acid compositions of which featured high contents of leucine, cysteine, and aspartic and glutamic acids, were detected in the aqueous layer after extracting alkaloids from it. The anxiolytic and hypoglycemic activities of the studied protein were evaluated.
