Zusammenfassung:We report a case of anomalous origin of the right coronary artery from the pulmonary artery in a patient with pulmonary atresia, ventricular septal defect, and major aortopulmonary collateral arteries. The diagnosis was made during a proposed hybrid approach to stent the native right ventricular outflow tract, and an alternative surgical strategy was created.
