Zusammenfassung:The absorption spectra in the region of fundamental electronic bands have been studied in solid RbI - AgI - CsI solutions in the concentration interval. In all cases a high-frequency displacement of the exciton bands and an increase in the forbidden band Evwith the Cs+ concentration was observed. In an anomalous concentration dependence of the exciton band half-width was found, which was due to the tendency of ordering in the solid solution at x = 0.5. The doping with Cs+ decreases the stability of the superionic conductor RbAg4I5 and promotes its disintegration into AgI and Rb2AgI3, but in the interval 0 x 0.2 the doping does not affect the phase transition temperatures and activation energy of the Frenkel defects in the superionic state.
