Zusammenfassung:MgTa1*5Nb0*5O6 ceramics were combined from two microwave dielectrics with high Qxf values and high tauf values, MgTa2O6 (sintered at 1500 deg C, *?r=30*5, Qxf=56,900GHz, and tauf=28*3ppm/ deg C) and MgNb2O6 (sintered at 1300 deg C, *?r=21*7, Qxf=89,900GHz, and tauf=--68*5ppm/ deg C) MgNb2O6, in order to obtain microwave dielectric resonators with tauf value close to 0ppm/ deg C. The sintering and microwave dielectric characteristics of MgTa1*5Nb0*5O6 ceramics were investigated in this study. As the sintering temperature increased from 1300 deg C to 1450 deg C, the density values, the *?r values, and the Qxf values of MgTa1*5Nb0*5O6 ceramics increased and saturated at 1450 deg C, and tauf values were shifted to close 0ppm / deg C. The 1450 deg C--sintered MgTa1*5Nb0*5O6 ceramics had the microwave dielectric characteristics of *?r=27*9, Qxf=33,100GHz, and tauf=--0*7ppm/ deg C.
