Zusammenfassung:A series of solid solutions of (Co1-xRhx)Sb3 was synthesized directly from elements. The samples were characterized by both X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and electron microprobe analysis. The Hall coefficient, thermal conductivity, electrical resistivity and Seebeck coefficient were measured in the range between room temperature and 560K. Alloying compounds resulted in dropping significantly their thermal and electrical conductivities, especially for the composition of x ranging between 0.2 and 0.5. Possible scattering mechanisms and their effect on thermal conductivity were discussed.
