Zusammenfassung:Scaling relations for the initial convective environment generated by power-law fires in geometrically similar spaces are derived, comprising functional relations for nondimensional temperature rise and gas velocity as functions of nondimensional time and location coordinates for arbitrary power-law behavior. Many fires initially can be modeled as t-squared fires, where heat release rate increases with the second power of time.
