Zusammenfassung: | Photoluminescence of ZnCdSe/ZnSe quantum dots treated by thermal annealing is investigated in magnetic fields up to 6 T. Thermal annealing leads to considerable changes of the circular polarization properties, which we attribute to different spin relaxation times and exciton lifetimes.
