Zusammenfassung: | Nanocrystalline nickel powders have been prepared by chemical reduction of nickel acetate hydrate with hydrazine at various temperatures with the nonaqueous solvent of DEA and TEA. The experimental conditions including reaction temperature, the type of solvent and surfactant which influence the average particle size have been studied in detail. The average particle sizes of the samples obtained by the use of DEA and TEA were ranged from 1,240 to 1,570 nm and 450 to 1,150 nm, respectively. The agglomeration of nickel particles was effectively prevented by the addition of PVP. |
