Zusammenfassung:In ZnO crystals, the drop of photoconductivity as well as the change of exciton luminescence intensity and spectrum shape were found to occur under light irradiation in 300–800 K temperature range. The initial characteristics were restored with time in dark. Observed effects were shown to result from the variation of shallow donor density in the surface layer of the crystal.
