A novel method to measure and analyse delta gloss by diffractive glossmeter

We present a novel method to get information on the difference in gloss before and after surface processing (delta gloss) by scanning a sample with a diffractive glossmeter. In addition, we utilize scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to inspect the surface. We introduce novel statistical parameters for the quantification of the delta gloss of prints before and after printing on paper samples.
