Zusammenfassung:Using the sol-gel process were prepared Titania (TiO2) thin films formed on glass substrates by dip-coating method. The samples were grown starting from Titanium Isopropoxide and changing the concentration of In3+ ions from Indium Nitrate. The results of the characterization of the samples by UV-VIS spectroscopy , IR , thermopotency and conductivity will be reported.
