Zusammenfassung:Semitransparent metal electrodes fabricated by nanoimprint lithography (NIL) in the form of nanoscale periodically perforated metal films are reported. They show high transmittance in the visible wavelength range as well as excellent electrical conductivities (see figure), and both characteristics can be tuned separately by changing the aperture ratio and the metal thickness. The fabrication of organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs) incorporating these transparent conducting electrodes demonstrates their potential use.
