Zusammenfassung: | Microstructural analyses and the results of magnetic measurements performed on the Nd15Fe77B8 and Nd12.7Fe81B6Zr0.3 (at.%) sintered magnets are presented. These compounds crystallize in the tetragonal Nd2Fe14B structure. The Nd2Fe17 phase developed in the Zr-containing magnet and decreased the coercivity. A small amount of zirconium addition into the near stoichiometric NdFeB therefore degrades the permanent magnetic properties. |
