Zusammenfassung:Investigations have been carried out on the thermal dilatation (Δ L/ L 0) and lattice parameters (Δ a/ a 0) of the α-solution of industrially smelted tin bronze-type CuSn6P as a function of heating temperature from 20 to 900 °C after quenching within the temperature range 750–910 °C. These investigations have made it possible to determine the concentration of vacancies after solution heat treatment and quench ageing up to 800 °C and to assess preliminarily the formation energy of vacancies ( E V F ≈ 0.5–0.9 eV) depending on the parameters of heat treatment.
