Zusammenfassung: | Tube electromagnetic forming is realized by a magnetic pulse force. This paper focuses on the effect of varying the relative axial position of the coil and the tube, on the pulse force distribution. The difference of deformed tube patterns is analyzed. The deformed tube form is determined by the amplitude, pulse width, distribution of pulse force and end restraining condition. In the experiment, by adjusting the axial relative position of the tube and coil, a variety of deforming shapes can be obtained. The theoretical analysis is well supported by experimental results. |
