Zusammenfassung:Effects of carbon black powders, solid loading, milling time, contents of dispersant and pH value on rheological properties of NiO / YSZ ceramic slurry were investigated by rheograms in detail. Results show that shear thinning behaviour and pseudoplasticity of aqueous slurries can be found. The pH value is optimized to 9. Contents of dispersant are equal to 2%(volume fraction). It is suitable to fabrication of Ni / YSZ anode material after NiO / YSZ aqueous slurries were milled 4h. Ultimately volume fractions of NiO / YSZ aqueous slurries reach 50%.
