Reason: This paper has been retracted because the whole text and figures were extracted from a previous work supervised by Prof. J.G. Vián, and carried out by the Thermal Engineering Research Group from the Public University of Navarra. The material was extracted by J. Esarte and presented to Dr. J.M. Blanco, who did not notice that it was the Doctoral Thesis of Dr. Astrain (Public University of Navarre, 2001) and furthermore published: “D. Astrain, J.G. Vián and M. Domínguez, Increase of COP in the thermoelectric refrigeration by the optimization of heat dissipation” published in Applied Thermal Engineering, Volume 23, Issue 17 (2003), p. 2183–2200, doi:10.1016/S1359-4311(03)00202-3.
Thus, J. Esarte, J.M. Blanco, F. Mendía and F. Peña, deeply apologize to D. Astrain, J.G. Vián and M. Domínguez for this unfortunate occurrence which never implied any malicious intent. |
