Zusammenfassung:The in situ MOCVD synthesis of TlBa2CaCu2O7 (Tl-1212) superconducting thin films is reported. The structural and transport properties of samples grown on 10X10X0.5 mm3 (100) LaAlO3 substrates have been measured. The XRD patterns indicate that samples are highly c-axis oriented while the transport measurements show typical values of the transition temperature greater than 70 K.
