Zusammenfassung:The formation of perovskite PbTiO3 thin films by annealing in atmosphere metallic (Ti/Pb)x multilayer structure (1μm) was investigated in this work. Deposited thin films were annealed in atmosphere at different temperatures (600–650°C) and times (20–180min). The reaction processes of PbTiO3 formation were researched by changing annealing temperature and time. Structure changes, phase composition transition of as deposited and post-annealed thin films were measured and analyzed using X-ray diffraction method. The kinetic reactions and crystallites growth’s regularities in annealed thin films were investigated too. The surface morphology were investigated by SEM microscopy.
