Innovative processing and property improvement of metallic glass based composites
An innovative method was developed based on controlled solidification in the liquid–solid two-phase region to produce spherical crystalline particles dispersed in the amorphous matrix. This new processing method can greatly improve both ductility and strength of bulk metallic glass composites.
