Zusammenfassung: | The dielectric dispersion studies carried out on PFN samples sintered at different temperatures show a marked increase in the dielectric spectrum at 0.1 kHz compared to higher frequency regions. It has been observed that the sample sintered at 1150 DGC has a steep increase in the dielectric loss. This indicates that the probability of forming more number of divalent ions is pronounced at higher sintering temperature. The annealing of the sintered samples resulted in the reduction in the number of divalent ion thereby decreasing the dielectric loss considerably. It may be inferred that the reduction in the number of divalent ions due to sintering is higher for the sample sintered at 1150 DGC as evident from both dielectric loss and ratio of the resistivity of the sample before and after annealing. |
