Zusammenfassung:Sub‐micrometer length copper fibers are obtained via polymer supported electrospinning and subsequent thermal treatment. The copper nature of the fibers is confirmed by using energy‐ dispersive X‐ray analysis and wide‐ angle X‐ray analysis (see figure). The copper fibers show metallic conductivity as confirmed by conductance measurements in a low‐energy electron point source microscope.
