Zusammenfassung:Unlubricated friction and wear tests of Ce‐TZP/Al2O3 nanocomposites against bearing steel were performed. In order to elucidate the wear mecahnism, the morphological investigation and phase structural analysis of worn surfaces were carried out by X‐ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope. Additionally, three kinds of wear mechanisms such as plastic deformation, adhesive wear and brittle fracture have been revealed.
