Zusammenfassung: | Typical skin lesions and the presence of fluffy lesions on the retina can indicate the possibility of acute disseminated candidiasis. These can not only help in the early initiation of the therapy but also help in choosing the most appropriate antifungal. We report a case of acute disseminated candidiasis involving the skin, muscles, eye, lung, and kidney in a patient with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia who was successfully treated by a rational approach. |
