Zusammenfassung: | The method of numerical iteration of the surface current integral equation is successfully applied to the perfectly conducting classical Sommerfeld wedge and to a truncated wedge on a plane. Numerical errors are calculated for both the integral equation and the boundary conditions. The backscatter polarization ratio (sigma(HH)/sigma(VV)) at 85 deg incidence for the truncated wedge is shown to be 20 dB below values reported by previous workers |
