Zusammenfassung: | The conductivity a in a quasi-one-dimensional (Q1D) electron system over liquid helium has been measured in a temperature interval 0.5-1.7 K for a wide range of electron densities n. It was shownthat the a/ne value (e is the electron charge) increases first with decreasing temperature and then, passing through the maximum, it begins to decrease at T 1 K. In this temperature range a/ne decreases with increasing drift potential Vd beginning with a certain value of Vd. It is supposed that the anomalous transport observed is conditioned either by space ordering of electrons in QID channels or by the formation of multi-electron polarons in the nonuniform potential along the channels. |
