An international collaboratory based on virtual patient records

A collaboratory based on virtual patient records and the international implication of this new way of managing health care data are described. It is shown that international collaboratory based on virtual patient records include a wide assortment of health care applications all designed to allow health practitioners and their patients to work together more naturally and more effectively and, thereby, deliver a higher quality care to a more extended population in a cost-effective manner.
