Zusammenfassung:	We treated six patients with the combination of anterograde distal interphalangeal joint arthrodesis and Swanson prothesis proximal interphalangeal joint arthroplasty on the same finger. The results showed both bony union and flexibility, without cases of nail deformity, wound complications, tip hypersensitivity or malalignment.
