Zusammenfassung:DNA is self-assembled with Fmoc-amino acids and Cu 2+ to construct a supramolecular catechol oxidase-mimetic catalyst, which exhibits remarkable activity in catalyzing colorimetric reactions. This catalytic system is used for the detection of DNA hybridization with a high selectivity and a low detection limit. The self-assembled DNA/Fmoc-amino acids/Cu 2+ material exhibits remarkable catechol oxidase-mimetic activity towards catalyzing colorimetric oxidative reaction, which are employed for selective and sensitive detection of DNA hybridization.
