Zusammenfassung:In recent years, lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) populations have been gaining acceptance in society. However, very few cases of malignancy in the LGBT population have been reported thus far. We herein report a transgender woman receiving estrogen supplementation who developed primary mediastinal large B-cell lymphoma (PMBCL) and was treated with dose-adjusted EPOCH-rituximab (DA-EPOCH-R) therapy. The patient achieved complete remission after the sixth course of DA-EPOCH-R therapy. To help this LGBT patient continue receiving chemotherapy smoothly on admission, adjusting the hospital environment, such as the allocation of rooms, was essential.
