Zusammenfassung:This study explores the possibility of controlling the temperature coefficient of capacitance (TCC) of a nanocomposite capacitor with nano-sized BaTiO 3 of positive TCC as ceramic filler and bisbenzocyclobutene of negative TCC as polymer matrix. The nanocomposite could be tailored to modulate its TCC from positive over zero to negative values.
