Zusammenfassung: | The process of saturating a disordered fibres per-mould with liquid metal is sometimes difficult in the technology of composites. There exists no phenomenon of wetting the surface of reinforcing elements with liquid metal for the most frequently adopted material arrangements. It concerns most often used aluminium alloys and ceramic reinforcement Al2O3DTSiO2. The analysis of the saturation of spaces between reinforcement fibres with liquid metal was carried out including the role of surface phenomena occurring at the border of phases. Methods for the saturation process intensification were shown. The measures of the assessment of intensifying factors operation efficiency of the saturation process were drawn up. |
