“Photographic Negative of Pulmonary Edema” in Chronic Eosinophilic Pneumonia

A patient presented with a 3-month history of productive cough, dyspnea, and constitutional symptoms. Peripheral eosinophilia was noted, and chest imaging showed upper lobe–predominant, peripheral opacities.
