Zusammenfassung: | A method is described for the accurate measurement of the equivalent parallel capacitance < e1 > C < /e1 > (x) and resistance < e1 > R < /e1 > (x) of very high loss materials at high frequencies. The important characteristic of the method is its capability of measuring the value of < e1 > C < /e1 > (x) extending from 10(-2 ) to 10(6) pF and < e1 > R < /e1 > (x) from 10 to 100x10(6) Omicron. The authors measure the humidity of tea leaves and rockwool by measuring the capacitance < e1 > C < /e1 > (x ) of specimens irrespective of the value of < e1 > R < /e1 > (x) |
