Zusammenfassung: | Hydrothermal environment has a great effect on the static behavior of composite materials. The data of static stress under certain conditions are generally obtained by test in the present. In this paper, a relational expression between static stress and temperature, humidity is proposed based on the analysis to vast test data of composite materials. The formulas to determine the material undetermined constants in the expression are also established with the least square method. A large number of applications show that this expression can effectively describe the relation between static stress and environmental factors and reach a satisfactory precision. As a practical sample, the application for resin-matrix composite laminates is given finally to show the application. Using this method, a predicting formula for the static stress can be obtained by limited test data. This research provides a cost-efficient manner to predict and evaluate static stress to meet the urgent need in engineering design. |
