Zusammenfassung:Comparison of clinical outcomes of double kissing crush (DKC) and mini-crush (MC) techniques in patients with complex coronary bifurcation lesions is lacking. This study sought to determine the clinical results of DKC and MC stenting techniques in mid-term follow-up. This retrospective study included a total of 269 consecutive patients with complex bifurcation lesions who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention; 132 (49%) of them were treated with MC technique, whereas 137 (51%) treated with DKC technique. The primary end point was target lesion failure (TLF), defined as the combination of cardiac death, target vessel myocardial infarction, or clinically driven target lesion revascularization. This is the first study to compare the cardiovascular outcomes of DKC and MC stenting techniques in patients with complex bifurcation lesions.
