Balls&Sticks: easy-to-use structure visualization and animation program

In spite of the importance of crystal structure visualization, production of an ideal structure image and animation tends not to be easy for a non-crystallographer whose crystallographic knowledge or skill in operating computer programs is limited. For example, there might be a case where the use of a structure image would be helpful in describing structure-property relationships of a material, but one cannot afford to spend much time understanding the many crystallographic parameters used in a visualization program or learning how to operate it.
