Zusammenfassung:Taking the special working condition of advanced robot into account, this paper presented hypolimit theory that is to make full use of the motor limit capacity. In this theory, the hypo-limit ratio denotes the motor limit capacity usage factor. The rule that the hypo-limit ratio is less than 1 and closed to 1 is used to select DC motors for the explosive handling robot which makes the selected motor light in weight and small in volume.
