Case 28-2023: A 37-Year-Old Man with a Rash

A 37-year-old man was admitted because of difficulty with swallowing and a diffuse maculopapular rash. Laboratory evaluation revealed lymphopenia and an elevated globulin gap. A diagnosis was made.
