Zusammenfassung:Herein, a novel ratiometric electrochemical platform was developed for in vivo analysis of GSH based on the dual signal output of 2D Cu-TCPP(Fe) nanosheets. Our method with high selectivity and high accuracy enabled GSH monitoring in a live rat brain, and accurate GSH concentrations were firstly reported in different brain regions upon global cerebral ischemia.
